Steven A. Clark practices in the areas of municipal law, entity formation, wills and trusts, residential and commercial real estate, condominium formation and governance, landlord-tenant, tax abatement, and zoning, planning, and land use. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Hampshire, as well as the state court of Maine. Mr. Clark has also appeared before the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC), the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals (BTLA), and local municipal land use and governing boards.
Mr. Clark graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration in 1985. He served as Town Manager for the Town of Seabrook, and as Administrator for the Town of Hinsdale. He earned from his J.D. degree in 1995 from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law) in 1995.
